After a 20 plus-year career in higher education in Student Affairs, Gilbert Hinga joined The Registry so he could expand his national reach and impact in the field that he loves so much. Gilbert's second assignment with The Registry started as Interim Vice President for Student Life at Trinity University, a private campus of about 2,500 students that is rooted in the liberal arts and sciences with pre-professional programs, in San Antonio, TX. After Trinity hired a permanent Vice President for Student Affairs, the president asked Mr. Hinga to stay on as Special Advisor for Strategic Initiatives.

“Being a part of Trinity University has been wonderful because I am working with dedicated faculty and staff who care deeply about students on a campus full of highly gifted students. I am immensely grateful to be immersed in helping to make meaningful lasting changes—and The Registry has been instrumental in making that possible."
