We thank Registry Member David Buckingham for reflecting on his placement as Interim Vice President for Student Life at Caldwell University. We are delighted to hear how he is embracing this role and look forward to all that he will continue to accomplish in strengthening the student experience and community.

"As you may know, Caldwell is a Catholic University, established in the Dominican Tradition. The University's core values are Respect, Integrity, Community and Excellence. These values are incorporated in all that we do in Student Life and provide us with excellent foundation and focus.

Moreover, we are also informed by the University Strategic Plan, Renaissance '29. Each (Core Values and '29) provide us with a roadmap to excellence that embraces community and is undergirded by respect and integrity.

For instance, next week we are having A Cultural Block Party to celebrate the diversity of the Caldwell community. Several departments within the Student Life Division and others outside the Division are coming together for this event. In this approach, it is our intent to build a vibrant, safe, values-based community; a place where students live with purpose, lead with integrity, are inspired, and learn in partnership with one another."
