Sean serves as The Registry's Chief Financial Officer. He brings extensive experience to this role, after serving as CFO for several start-up companies in the hardware, SaaS and eCommerce industries, in addition to his experience as an M&A investment banker in New York.
Prior to joining The Registry, Sean helped launch and grow several businesses. He wrote the business plan for TJMaxx.com (a wholly independent business unit within the TJX Companies) and helped them launch and grow to over $100M in sales. Sean also led all acquisition processes as TJX pursued several online retail acquisitions, which ultimately acquired Sierra Trading Post. He also established the finance function for two different start-ups and helped raise $20M in equity and over $10M in venture debt. Prior to his operating experience, Sean was an M&A adviser in New York covering the media, restaurant, apparel, real estate and healthcare industries.
Sean graduated from Columbia Business School and Boston College. He lives outside Boston, Massachusetts with his two children.
