Lynne M H Rosansky, Ph D

Dr. Rosansky became The Registry's Vice President of Membership in 2023, has been a member of The Registry for the past 11 years and has held 6 interim placements. Earlier in her career, she served as President, Provost, Dean and VP at both public and private institutions.  Her most recent assignment was Interim VP at Brandeis University leading the Rabb School for Continuing Studies.  As the founding President of Hult International Business School, Rosansky led the reaccreditation, relocation and renaming of the former Arthur D. Little School of Management.  As Provost at SUNY’s Levin Institute, she created the notable “JumpStartNYC” program for laid-off financial services professionals and liasoned with the U of Buffalo’s School of Management to offer the semester in NYC on “International Finance and Global Banking.”   As Interim Dean, VP, and Provost for Franklin Pierce University, Rosansky led the online program portfolio; new program development; program relocations; program reviews and strategic initiatives.  She was subsequently invited to serve on the Board.  Formerly a consultant with Arthur D. Little and Hay McBer, Rosansky assisted clients to develop competency-based HR systems and align their organizations around new strategic directions.  She has consulted with numerous organizations including GE; the US Navy; the IRS; Verizon; and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare.

 

Rosansky’s scholarly interest is in art and culture; intercultural management and values-based leadership.  Her publications are in the fields of business and society; business ethics and international management.  Rosansky received her PhD in cultural anthropology from Boston University; MBA from Babson College and BA from Carnegie-Mellon University.
